Normanton Church.
Saturday 12th March 2022.
What a gorgeous day this was! Arriving and being greeted by Kirsty, and her two bridesmaids, Rachael and Jodie in time to see them get their hair and make up done. MUA was Make Up By Louisa and hair was done by a family friend, Larissa. With laughter a bit of gin, champagne, strawberries, Don’t Tell The Bride and Love At First Sight, it was a morning to remember. I haven’t even mentioned the size of the bath in the honeymoon suite. Mind blown!
The theme for this wedding was peacock colours and feathers, even the cake was make into peacocks!! How amazing is that. The venue was decorated by Allensis who also provided the flowers. It was so so beautiful I can not even put into words how gorgeous the colours were. Teal and purple really do go well together, and if there is someone who asked, this is a colour scheme I’d recommend.
The ceremony was in Normanton Church, where Lee was waiting along with his bestman, Andrew were waiting for Kirsty to arrive. If you have never been to Normanton Church, I think you should, it is so beautiful on Rutland Water, and it has half sunk, so where you would sit in a normal church, imagine your higher up in the ‘roof’. Bailey, their beloved family dog also came for some photos afterwards!
After the ceremony was the meal and speeches. Majority of the room was in tears with the speeches. The day finished off with some irish music and a DJ.
I wish Kirsty and Lee the very best in their marriage and a huge thank you for letting me capture their day!
